As Kjersti Fløgstad, Executive Director at the Nobel Peace Center, shared: “In a world with increasing polarization and exclusion, dialogue is an important tool for building better relationships—at home, in the workplace, and out in society. The Day of Dialogue will be an opportunity to become more aware of the role of dialogue and to practice using it.”
