In this new survey of 221 HR and Training leaders, responses reveal how disengagement among managers, as well as a lack of training and resources, is leaving many leaders unequipped to engage their teams. This is prompting leaders to call for key changes to company culture and team communication, as well as resources and support to deliver on engagement goals.
