People that just play a kahoot (ie, joining the game via the PIN code) don’t require a Kahoot! account or license.
What is the difference between an individual and team plan?
With an Individual plan, one person creates and hosts kahoots. It’s perfect for individual trainers, consultants, or team leads who want to boost engagement in presentations, meetings, and training sessions.
With a Team plan, multiple people can work together to co-create, present kahoots and view session reports all from a shared workspace. Can I share my login with a colleague?
No, as per ourTerms and Conditionseach license of Kahoot! is limited to one user and each license holder is responsible for preventing access to their account by anyone else. Sharing an account will impact the user experience and you may be prevented from accessing the platform at any time.

What is a participant and what is a member?
A participant is someone playing a kahoot. This does not require a Kahoot! account. Only a game PIN is needed to join a kahoot. Different Kahoot! plans have different participant limits, with Kahoot! 360 Pro for Teams and Kahoot! 360 Spirit Premium making it possible for up to 2,000 participants to join a single kahoot.
A member, also referred to as a “seat” or as a “presenter”, is a person with a Kahoot! account who creates and hosts a kahoot. We differentiate between Individual plans with only 1 member, and Team plans with multiple members. Team plans for business are the ones found on this page, while individual plans for business are found here.
How many players can join a kahoot session?

What does "billed annually" mean?
When you buy a Kahoot! Pro for Teams plan, you commit to a one year subscription (12 months) and will pay up front for the full year.
Your total price will depend on the number of members (seats) you need.
Note that your subscription will automatically renew for another yearly cycle at the end of your first period of commitment.
