What do students need most to grow into lifelong learners? Curiosity! When students are curious about the world around them, they become avid explorers on the road to knowledge—a journey that can last a lifetime! Now, I’m excited to share that educators can ignite students’ curiosity and help them build future-ready skills and knowledge with the new collection kahoots developed in collaboration with the award-winning education platform TED-Ed.
Through this partnership, educators and parents can help young learners build knowledge with free innovative content on the dedicated TED-Ed channel on Kahoot!.
“When students are curious, the possibilities are limitless,” said TED-Ed’s Founder, Logan Smalley. “By combining TED-Ed Animations with Kahoot!’s interactive platform, we’re equipping today’s students, teachers, and lifelong learners with tools to explore, question, and grow—ensuring that the best ideas of today empower changemakers both now and in the future.”
Earlier today we announced a new partnership with TED, the nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to discovering, debating, and spreading ideas. Through this collaboration, TED’s powerful ideas will come to life on Kahoot!’s globally loved learning platform, creating a unique synergy that amplifies impact and drives lasting change.
The release of learning content with TED-Ed marks the first milestone of this exciting collaboration. TED-Ed is the education and youth initiative of TED, with a global network of over one million teachers. TED-Ed is on a mission to spark and celebrate the ideas of teachers and students worldwide, and now millions of educators and learners can explore new ideas through TED-Ed’s innovative learning content supercharged with the engagement of Kahoot!.
Each of TED-Ed’s new kahoots showcases one of their signature Animations: short, award-winning videos that combine illustrative animations with thought provoking lessons from experts to bring the topic to life. Together with the interactivity of Kahoot!, the content is designed to spark curiosity and foster deeper learning and engagement.
