Kahoot! is now available in Vietnamese!

Learning just got more accessible, inclusive, and engaging in Vietnam—Kahoot! is now fully localized in Vietnamese!

April 10: Kahoot!, the world’s leading learning and engagement platform, is used by millions of educators, students, professionals, and lifelong learners to make learning engaging, interactive, and impactful. Now, with the platform and mobile apps available in Vietnamese—along with a wealth of premium ready-to-play content in Vietnamese—it’s easier than ever to create, play, and share engaging learning experiences in schools, workplaces, and homes across Vietnam.

“Learning is most effective when it’s accessible and tailored to the learner’s environment, with language being a key factor. Over the past year, we’ve seen strong growth in usage across all learning settings in Vietnam, and we’re now opening up even more opportunities to engage with learning in a way that feels natural, immersive, and impactful,” said Ahteram Uddin, Vice President for the APAC region at Kahoot!.

A growing community of educators and learners in Vietnam

With more than 11 billion (non-unique) participants globally since the launch, Kahoot! continues to see incredible engagement from educators, students, and professionals. In Vietnam 70,000 teachers have delivered engaging lessons with Kahoot! over the past year.

Nguyễn Thúy is a former English teacher, now working as a curriculum developer at Wellspring International School in Hanoi.

“Kahoot! is a fantastic tool that supports both teachers and students in the learning process. My students and I are impressed by Kahoot!’s continuous efforts to develop new game modes and features that spark engagement, making lessons more enjoyable and interactive. Kahoot!’s plans for further expansion in Vietnam will undoubtedly bring great benefits in my country,” she said.

With full language support, more learners can now access a wide range of content in their native language, from Vietnamese culture and heritage to English as a second language and other engaging topics. They can also discover new ways to learn, compete, and grow, whether in the classroom, a company training session, or a family quiz night.

Bringing Kahoot! to more learners across Asia

Kahoot! is now available in seven Asian languages, including Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, and Thai—supporting the company’s growing community across the Asia-Pacific region.

“We are excited to further support our strong momentum in the Vietnamese market, with over 80 percent growth in games hosted in workplaces across Vietnam over the past year, and a doubling of students using Kahoot! to study smarter. These numbers highlight the high potential and demand for engaging learning in the country,” said Ahteram Uddin.
