This is why I’m happy to share that we now have automated grade passback in our Kahoot! Google Classroom add-on.

In 2022, we launched the Kahoot! Google Classroom add-on, making it even easier to use Kahoot! and Google Classroom together. Since then, educators around the world have used our add-on to discover, create, assign and host kahoots that supercharge learning, without ever leaving Google Classroom. 

Now, with the new grade passback feature, we’re making your grading workflow even simpler. After students complete an assigned kahoot, this feature automatically sends the Kahoot! report to Google Classroom gradebook and integrates the results with other Google Classroom data. There, the instructor can easily see which students have completed the assignment, whether they answered each question correctly or not, and even how long they took to answer the question. 

 

Educators can use this data to track attendance, streamline grading, and more deeply understand student learning and engagement. With these insights, teachers quickly identify knowledge gaps and tailor instruction for students’ needs, without having to spend unnecessary time manually adding data.

Google Classroom add-ons are available for all Google Workspace for Education users with the Teaching and Learning Upgrade or Google Workspace for Education Plus editions.
