Kahoot! at Bett UK 2026

But for now, we would like to share a short preview of what you can expect from Kahoot! at Bett 2026.

New instructional modes

  • Accuracy mode This instructional mode rewards critical thinking over speed and only awards points for correct responses. Accuracy mode is ideal for inclusive learning because it supports all students and especially those who need more processing time. It supports complex subjects and topics where educators want to reward deeper thinking over speed..

  • Confidence mode — With Confidence mode, students can decide how confident they are with their answer when playing a kahoot. This invites students to reflect on their own understanding and practice quick decision making in a low stakes environment. Confidence mode helps students build self-awareness of where they have mastered content and where they need more review.

Confidence mode on the Kahoot! app

  • Lecture mode — Lecture mode turns class presentations into interactive and engaging learning experiences. In this mode, educators can sync their kahoots with Google Slides or PowerPoint slides with just one click, adding interactivity to any presentation. These kahoots can also serve as formative assessments and provide real-time insights into students’ learning. Students can submit questions in real time with the Q&A feature, and educators can moderate or delete questions as needed throughout the session.

Curriculum Standards

  • U.S. Curriculum Standards — Coming soon, Kahoot! will include U.S. curriculum standards for all 50 states, Common Core State Standards, Next Generation Science Standards and the ISTE standards for Math, English Language Arts, Science and Social Studies. Educators using a Kahoot EDU! school or district license can now assign relevant standards for their kahoots.

AI assisted generation

  • AI Experiences — Kahoot! makes it easy to generate new Kahoot! formats with AI, and create and play independently offline. Transform scanned handwritten notes, past exams and study guides, documents, web pages, videos, Wikipedia articles, or entered topics into interactive Kahoot! sessions. In addition to kahoot quizzes, educators and students can now generate practice tests, micro lessons, and vocabulary review, as well as simulate the exam experience with Test Mode.

  • Kahoot! Coding — Released in early access on the Kahoot! app, this educational game is free and can be played online with no downloading needed. Educators can introduce students to the world of coding through play with this game, offering unique characters as well as solo and multiplayer modes.
