Food Safety Tutor and Assistant Manager at Café Leep

As Food Safety Tutor and Assistant Manager at Café Leep, Darren’s goals are to help his trainees with learning disabilities become knowledgable in order to gain certification in Food Safety in Catering, and to support them gain real life experience working in their fully functioning cafe.

His roles include various areas of responsibility including training using online methods; helping manage the day to day running of the cafe; facilitating two cooking groups per week and posting our activities daily on all their social media platforms.
