We recommend you to decide which of you will function as the Kahoot! admin – and that person should be the one claiming the offer, and then invite others. For example, it can be someone from the IT department of your school. As an admin, you will be able to decide how many licenses are needed for your school/department/district, add them to your subscription for free and invite other teachers.

Unless you provide billing info before the trial ends, your account will return to free access. Personal kahoots can still be used, though you won’t be able to edit them if they contain premium features. Team kahoots won’t be deleted, though you won’t have access to the team space.
