Kahoot! ASA: New share capital registered

Oslo, 18 November 2022: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 11 November 2022 regarding the exercise of 3,583,225 employee share options and the resolution by the Board of Directors of Kahoot! ASA (“Kahoot!” or the “Company”) to issue 3,583,225 new shares (the “New Shares”) in the Company pursuant to an authorization granted by the Company’s general meeting on 27 May 2022.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the New Shares has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). Kahoot!’s new share capital is NOK 49,283,604.90, divided into 492,836,049 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
