Karim has a long experience in the hotel industry in France, the USA, and Switzerland. Originally from Morocco, he joined a hospitality and tourism school in Casablanca as a trainer.
A few years later, he started a new challenge as a Customer Experience Trainer on several projects related to outsourcing. He was promoted as a Training Account Manager specializing in online travel agencies.
Karim is married and the dad of a little boy. He is passionate about traveling, burgers and traditional Moroccan food.
