8 June 2020 – The annual general meeting in Kahoot! AS (the “Company”) was held today at 13.00 hours (CEST). All items on the agenda were approved by the general meeting as proposed by the Board of Directors.

The 258,718,992 new shares to be issued in the bonus share issue will be allocated to the Company’s shareholders as of 8 June 2020 (as registered in the Norwegian Central Depository (VPS) on 10 June 2020), pro rata according to their registered shareholding. One existing share will give two bonus shares. Assuming that the share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the new shares is registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises today, the new shares will be tradeable on Merkur Market from and including tomorrow 9 June 2020.

The Board of Directors will have five members consisting of:

– Sindre Østgård
– Stefan Blom
