The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the 2,569,671 new shares has today been registered with the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). Kahoot!’s new share capital is NOK 48,915,115, divided into 489,151,150 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
