Kahoot! ASA – Notice of annual general meeting

The annual general meeting of Kahoot! ASA (the “Company”) will be held on Friday 27 May 2022 at 16:30 hours (CEST) as an electronic meeting through Lumi AGM.

The notice and agenda for the general meeting is attached hereto. The notice and its appendices will also be made available on the Company’s webpage kahoot.com/investor/.
